Re-enactment of the time period from
English Civil War(C17th) and Napoleonic Wars(early C19th)
  Activities will cover authentic cooking and general camp layout, arms and weapons, and drill displays(inc. pike and pending on availability of black powder and the pub's consent they could actually fire muskets!), their group members to discuss and inform all the above with the public and try to draw in new members to their particular re enactment groups.
They generally open the camps at events around 10.30am and run through to about 17.30, but being on the pub site no doubt they would be in the bar till late where people can still talk to them etc! |
