Whenever possible the lamb available on the Live and Let Live menu is sourced from the local Holly Cottage flock of Black Welsh Mountains. These sheep graze the natural pastures around Bringsty Common year round. Through the winter they are suplemented with meadow hay, made on the Common. No fertilizers are used on any of the forage this flock has access to.
The Bringsty flock is reared naturally maintaining a high standard of health and welfare. They lamb outdoors in april and lambs are left with their mothers until September, when they are self sufficient and graze alone, enjoying the natural pastures across the common.
Elmores End Farm
This is a local farm in Linley Green which is the source of everything pork and free range eggs used in the Live and Let Live. Everything that is produced on the farm is from their very own Berkshire & Middle white pigs and Black Rock hens.
